How it was put together

  1. Normalize geographic labels and derive star_count from each restaurant's award.
  2. Remove one duplicate and retain source profile URLs. The city chart counts rows where star_count is greater than zero.

What to keep in mind

  • Includes Selected and Bib Gourmand entries as well as starred restaurants. Zero stars does not mean an unreviewed restaurant.
  • This is a March 2026 snapshot; regional guide updates happen on different dates.
  • Coverage follows the Guide, not all restaurants worldwide. Geographic labels include separate mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan entries.
